山区集镇区域河道整治措施——以仙居县横溪内河整治为例

摘　　要：山区性河道洪水暴涨暴落,枯水期往往断流。人口集聚区域不仅要求河道满足行洪要求,而且要求具有景观、休闲、娱乐等功能。以仙居县横溪镇内河为例,通过引水入河,疏浚河道,建设生态堤防、堰坝和生态池塘等,使内河不仅满足行洪要求,而且实现了"水清、流畅、岸绿、景美、鱼欢、人悦"的综合整治目标,提高了集镇区居民生活的环境质量。Flooding of mountain river rise and drop suddenly , the river often drying up during the dry season . Population concentration areas not only require the river meets the demand of flood discharge ,but also require the functions of landscape , leisure and entertainment , and so on . Take Hengxi inland river in Xianju county for example ,through measures of water into the river ,dredging ,construction of ecological dikes ,weirs and ecological pond , etc ., make the inland river not only meets river flood requirements , but also to achieve a “water clear , fluent , green shore , scenery beautiful , fish cheerful , people pleasure”comprehensive improvement goals , improve environmental quality of the town＇s residents living .
