摘  要:针对隐极永磁同步电动机状态误差PCH控制系统因存在负载转矩扰动而产生位置稳态误差的问题,提出了一种基于状态误差PCH和L2增益相结合的控制方法。建立了基于dq坐标系的永磁同步电机的PCH系统数学模型,同时采用基于状态误差PCH和L2增益理论,并根据最大转矩/电流(MTPA)原理确定了在负载转矩恒定已知时系统的平衡点。利用状态误差PCH系统理论求出系统的控制器,在系统存在负载转矩扰动时,采用状态误差PCH系统理论和L2增益抑制扰动原理求出控制器。通过Matlab/Simulink进行仿真实验。仿真结果表明,在系统含有L2增益时,能够快速到达给定位置,并能够有效抑制负载转矩扰动,减小稳态误差,而且L2增益和状态误差PCH相结合能够抑制负载转矩扰动,使该控制器具有一定的实用价值。In view of non-salient pole permanent magnet synchronous motor using state errors in PCH only the location of the system response having the problem of steady-state errorwhen system exists load torque disturbance, this paper puts forward a method of combining the state error and the L2 gain. Firstly based on dq coordinate system was established by the PCH system mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor. Secondly using the stateerror PCH and L2 gain theory based on maximum torque / current principle,we determine the equilibrium of the system when the load torque is known. Finally using the state error PCH system theory,we calculate the controller of the system and usingthe state error PCH- system theory and the Lz gain principle, we calculate the controller when the presence of the system load torque disturbance. Through the Matlab/Simulink simulation,the simulation results show that the system contains the L2 gain, can quickly arrive at a given location, and can effectively restrain the load torque dis- turbance, reduce the static error. The study shows that the L2 gain and state error PCH can inhibit the combination of load torque disturbance, and so the controller has a certain practical value.
