河西绿洲灌区农户对循环农业工程的行为响应及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：以河西绿洲灌区为例,从农户行为角度出发,采用主成分分析和OLS回归模型探讨了农户对循环农业工程的行为响应机制。研究表明:绝大部分样本农户对循环农业工程的响应较明显,农户间的响应程度差异较小。农户的年龄、文化程度、兼业情况、劳动力数、耕地面积、地理区位、信息获取能力和周围人参与循环农业的比例对循环农业的行为响应呈显著的正向影响,而农户对当地基础设施建设的满意度及其运销能力对循环农业的行为响应呈显著的负向影响。因此,发展循环农业不仅要关注农户层面,还应综合考虑其它多方面的因素,特别是市场环境和政策环境等软条件。保障耕地面积不减少,实现循环农业要求的规模经济效应,会使农户更加积极的采用环保循环的生产生活方式对循环农业作出行为响应。In this study,we used the principal component analysis and OLS regression model based on the field research data to analyze the farmers behavioral responses on the circular agriculture in Hexi oasis irrigation area.Results showed that the most of the sampled households have an obvious response to the circular agriculture project while with smaller differences among farmers responsiveness. Farmer＇s age,education,employment status,labor force,arable area,geographical location,the ability of information acquisition and the ratio of participation are the remarkable positive influence factors,while the local infrastructure satisfaction and the ability of transportation and sale have a significant negative effect to the farmer ＇s behavioral responses on circular agriculture.Therefore,in developing the circular agriculture,we should pay attention not only to the household level,but also consider other various factors,especially the market and policy environment. Meanwhile,the scale economies required in the circular agriculture must be built on the basis that the arable land does not reduce. So the farmers will participate the circular agriculture project with greater enthusiasm and will go with environmentally friendly production and life styles to responses to the circular agriculture.
