摘  要:文中按自然降水梯度沿河西走廊从东向西选择蒙古沙拐枣6个种群当年生同化枝为试验材料,采用石蜡制片法,应用光学显微技术测定了同化枝直径、角质化外壁厚等共14项解剖结构指标。方差分析表明:各性状在种群间都存在显著或极显著的差异;其中变异系数较大的是皮下纤维簇数/直径、小维管束个数/直径和含晶细胞个数/直径,变异系数分别为26.34%、21.26%和24.27%;相关分析表明在经度、纬度、海拔、一月均温、七月均温、年均温和年降水量7个生态因子中,每个指标都与这些生态因子有不同程度的相关性,其中同化枝直径、角质化外壁厚、栅栏细胞密度和含晶细胞个数/直径均与经度、纬度、年均温和年降水量有极显著性的相关性;将测定的数量指标进行了聚类分析,6个不同种群的蒙古沙拐枣可分为两大类,聚类结果与蒙古沙拐枣的生境分布相互吻合。The annual assimilating shoots of Calligonum mongolicum from 6 populations of different habitats under precipitation gradient from east to west along the Hexi corridor were observed under optical microscope with the paraffin-section method. The 14 drought resistance indices such as the diameter of assimilating shoots and the thickness of cuticles were measured. Variance analysis showed that each character among populations has significant or extremely significant differences. The variability coefficients are greater in the ratios of fibre cluster numbers under epidermal cell,the number of small vascular bundle and crystal idioblast numbers to the diameter of assimilating shoots,with the values of 26. 34%,21. 26% and 24. 27%,respectively. Correlation analysis showed that each index has different degree of correlation with seven ecological factors of longitude,latitude,altitude,mean temperature in January,mean temperature in July,annual mean temperature and annual precipitation. The diameter of assimilating shoots,thickness of cuticles,cell number in palisade tissue and crystal idioblast numbers to the diameter of assimilating shoots have the extremely significant correlation with longitude,latitude,annual mean temperature and annual precipitation. Using the indices measured,the 6 populations of Calligonum mongolicum could be divided into 2 categories by cluster analysis. The results of cluster analysis were identical with the population distributions of Calligonum mongolicum.
