摘  要:以盆栽两年生刺槐苗木为材料,测定了干旱及复水处理条件下刺槐苗木水分运输过程参数。结果表明:1)干旱胁迫对刺槐苗木体内水分运输过程影响显著;2)复水24h后,刺槐苗木体内水分运输过程参数有不同程度恢复。恢复度与苗木生理活性水平和干旱胁迫程度直接相关;3)复水24h后,刺槐苗木水分运输过程存在明显补偿现象。故应加强在干旱胁迫条件下林木的补偿效应研究,这对于节水林业和生态环境的保护都具有重要意义。This study was designed to investigate the regulative ability of plants for water transportation process under drought and rewatering. The water transportation process of Robinia pseudoacacia L seedlings,as experimental material,was determined under drought and rewater. The result showed that: 1. Drought had a significant effect on water transportation process of R. pseudoacacia seedlings; 2. After rewatering for 24 hours,the water transportation process parameter of R. pseudoacacia seedlings was restored in the different degree. Restoration degree was directly correlated to the degree of drought stress and the level of physiological activity. 3. After rewatering for 24 hours,the water transportation process parameters of R. pseudoacacia seedlings have significant compensation effect. In conclusion,further investigation should focus on the compensation effect of the trees under drought stress condition. The significance not only lies in water-saving forestry but also in protecting the ecological environment.
