肋柱花种子萌发影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:通过选用不同的贮存温度和不同浓度的赤霉素溶液处理肋柱花种子,找出肋柱花种子萌发的影响因素,为肋柱花的大规模栽培和有性繁殖的生产实践提供科学指导。方法:采用培养皿萌发法,以发芽率、平均根长和种子简化活力指数为指标,考察不同的贮存温度和不同浓度的赤霉素溶液对肋柱花种子萌发的影响。结果:在贮存温度对肋柱花种子萌发影响的实验中:室外变温组、4℃冰箱组和常温对照组的发芽率分别为95.3%、10.5%和6.0%;平均根长为1.19 cm、1.15 cm和1.12 cm;种子简化活力指数为1.134 1%、0.120 8%、0.067 2%。不同浓度(25 mg·L-1、50 mg·L-1、100 mg·L-1、200 mg·L-1、500 mg·L-1、1000 mg·L-1)赤霉素浸泡后种子的发芽率分别为89.6%、91.0%、94.0%、93.3%、95.0%、90.0%;平均根长为1.12 cm、1.13 cm、1.17 cm、1.15 cm、1.18 cm、1.13 cm;种子简化活力指数为1.003 5%、1.028 3%、1.099 8%、1.072 9%、1.121 0%、1.017 0%。结论:室外变温或赤霉素浸种均能显著促进肋柱花种子的萌发。Objective： To study the major influencing factors of Lomatogonium rotatum seed germination aiming to provide a scientific guidance for large scale cultivation and sexual propagation of L. rotatum. Methods： Different storae temperatures and concentrations of gibberellin solution were choosed to treat the seeds, and petri dish method was used for the seed germination experiment. Seed germination rate, average root length and simplified vigor index were measured in a seed germination period. Results： The germination rates of outdoor alternating temperature group, 4 ℃ refrigerator group and normal temperature group were 95.3% , 10. 5% and 6. 0% , respectively. The average root lengths of these groups were 1. 19 era, 1.15 cm, 1.12 cm, respectively. The seed simplified vigor indexs were 1. 134 1% , 0. 120 8% , 0. 067 2% , respeetively. The germination rates of different concentrations, （25 mg· L^-1 , 50 mg· L^-1 , 100 mg· L^-1 , 200 mg· L^-1 , 500 mg· L^-1 and 1000 mg· L^-1 ） of gibberellin solution soaked seeds were 89. 6% , 91.0% , 94. 0% , 93.3% , 95.0% , 90. 0%, respectively. The average root lengths were 1.12 cm, 1.13 era, 1.17 cm, 1. 15 cm, 1.18 em, 1.13 era, respectively, and seed simplified vigor indexes were 1.003 5%, 1.028 3%, 1.099 8%, 1.072 9%, 1. 121 0%, 1. 017 0%, recpectively. Conclusion： Outdoor alternating temperature storage or gibberellin soaking showed obvious effect on promoting L. rotatum seed germination.
