摘　　要：金线莲是我国珍稀民间药用植物,在闽台地区长期沿用,具有肝保护、降血糖、降血脂、抗炎等多种功效,由于临床疗效确切近年得到广泛重视。本研究从药材基原、组培生产、栽培种植、共生真菌和质量控制等5方面综述金线莲最新研究,并展望发展中需解决的问题。Anoectochilus roxburghii is a rare folk medicinal plant in China with a long application history in Fujian and Taiwan region and has several functions, including liver protection, hypoglycemic, anti-hyperlipidemia and anti-inflammatory activities. A. roxburghii has drawn widespread attention in recent years because of the good clinical efficacy. This article reviewed the recent researches on the origin, tissue culture and scale manufacture, cultivation, symbiotic fungus and quality control of A. roxburghii. And the problems to solve for future work are prospected.
