摘 要:为了研究双相型不锈钢材在轴心受压下的整体稳定性能,对6根双相型不锈钢焊接箱形截面柱进行了轴心受压试验.在试验前对试件的几何初弯曲进行了测量,在试验过程中对荷载初偏心进行了量测.根据试验数据,分析了构件的失稳变形特征和整体稳定承载力,并与欧洲钢结构规范(EN 1993-1-4)和中国钢结构规范(GB50017—2003)的计算结果进行了对比.结果表明,试验数据均高于欧洲规范计算值,但整体低于中国钢结构规范方法的计算值;同时说明欧洲规范采用的设计曲线偏保守,而中国钢结构规范所采用的设计曲线应做相应的调整.In order to investigate the overall buckling behaviour of duplex stainless steel columns under axial compression,the axial compression tests of six full-scale welded box-section specimens were carried out. The initial geometric imperfection of each specimens and the loading eccentricity were measured before and during the tests,respectively. Based on the test data,the overall buckling deformation characteristics and the buckling capacity of the specimens were analyzed,and compared with the calculation results of the European steel standard EN 1993-1-4 and the Chinese steel standard GB50017—2003. The results show that the test data is higher than the calculation results in EN1993-1-4,but generally low er than those in GB50017—2003. Therefore,the design curves in EN1993-1-4 are generally conservative,and the curve in GB50017—2003 should be adjusted correspondingly.
