摘 要:本文阐述了一款以ATmega16单片机最小系统为核心模块的冠脉CT成像用心脏调搏仪的研制过程。该调搏仪主要由ATmega16单片机最小系统、调整设置按键、液晶屏、脉冲放大器、步进衰减器、输出驱动器、输出幅值检测电路、心电信号选通电路、电源供电电路等组成,可在对高心率且心律不齐的患者行冠脉CT成像检查时发出不同频率的刺激脉冲,同时消除刺激信号的尖峰,使患者心率稳定、心律整齐。测试结果表明,应用该调搏仪可以获得心率高度一致、心律整齐稳定的心电波形,可满足冠脉CT成像的要求。This paper introduced the development of a heart pacing instrument for coronary CT imaging,which was developed based on the ATmega16 single-chip microcomputer.The instrument mainly consisted of the ATmega16 single-chip microcomputer,adjustment buttons,LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) screen,pulse amplifier,step attenuator,output driver,output amplitude detection circuit,heart-electricity signal gating circuit and power supply circuit.The heart pacing instrument was intended to emit multi-frequency stimulation pulses and remove the stimulus signal peak for patients with high heart rate and arrhythmia who underwent coronary artery CT imaging.According to the practical tests,the instrument demonstrated its effectiveness in acquisition of electrocardiographic complexes with highly-consistent heart rate and stable heart pacing,which could meet the requirements of coronary CT artery imaging.
