摘　　要：采用C/S架构,利用Power Builder(9.0.3)软件开发了适合我院的高值耗材条形码管理系统,并与医院信息系统(HIS)实现集成。该系统的使用,避免了多计费、漏计费现象,也为医院对高值耗材能够进行溯源管理提供了有效手段。With deployment of the Power Builder（9.0.3） software,a bar-code management system was developed on the basis of the C/S infrastructure according to the actual conditions of the hospital and integrated with HIS（Hospital Information System）.This practice has avoided the repeated or neglected charging and proven its effectiveness in traceability management of high-cost consumables in the hospital.
