摘　　要：结合我院实践,探讨PACS服务器与存储集群系统迁移在数字化医院建设中的应用,从项目管理方面介绍了方案设计到实践操作,为数字化医院建设和发展做出有益探索。This paper discussed the application of PACS（Picture Archiving and Communication System） server and storage cluster migration in construction of a digital hospital based on the practices of Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center.Design and implementation of the migration solution were also introduced from the perspective of project management,which makes useful exploration for construction and development of the digital hospital.
