摘　　要：本文论述了我院同时使用身份证和非接触IC卡作为"一卡通"介质时,在兼容性方面的特殊处理方案。此方案有效解决了兼容性问题,对任何同时使用两种卡介质的系统都有借鉴意义。This paper expounded the special solutions taken by the hospital for compatibility of using both ID（Identification） cards and contact-less IC（Integrated Circuit） cards as all-in-one cards.The solution can effectively solve the incompatible problems and provide a reference for the hospital who also uses these two cards as the all-in-one card.
