除颤仪规范化维护与保养流程探讨

摘　　要：本文分别从除颤仪临床使用者和工程技术人员的角度出发,介绍并探讨除颤仪规范化维护和保养流程。提出临床科室应明确除颤仪管理责任人,由责任人给每台除颤仪配置使用维护记录本,定期进行性能检测和电池充放电的保养及易耗品补充,及时清洁除颤电极板;工程技术人员要定期对除颤仪进行巡查和性能检测,提出"三查一对"的具体要求;在除颤仪维修后必须进行全面的性能检测,确保其临床应用的安全性。Standardized procedures of defibrillator maintenance were introduced in this paper from the perspectives of clinical users and maintainers of the defibrillator respectively.The clinical department was suggested to appoint a person in charge of defibrillator management whose responsibilities included allocation of a use and maintenance record book,regular performance testing,battery charging and discharging maintenance,the supply of consumables and prompt cleaning of the electrode plate for each defibrillator.Engineering technical staff were recommended to make regular inspection and performance testing of defibrillators according to the requirements specified in this paper.Additionally,an all-round performance test shall be made after maintenance of the defibrillator so as to ensure its security in clinical application.
