通络干预对兔心脏功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中成药参松养心+通心络胶囊对日本大耳兔心肌梗死(心梗)模型心功能的影响,以探讨其治疗心梗后心律失常的机制。方法将24只日本大耳兔随机分为假手术组、心梗对照组、心梗药物干预组(参松养心+通心络),以前降支动脉结扎术建立心梗模型(除假手术组),药物干预组于结扎术后给予参松养心原粉0.4 g/(kg·d)+通心络原粉0.3 g/(kg·d)灌胃8周,其他两组以相同剂量的生理盐水灌胃8周。8周后,行超声心动图检测:左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、左心室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左心室短轴缩短率(LVFS)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)。结果与假手术组比较,心梗对照组LVESD、LVEDD、LVEDV、LVESV均增大(P<0.05),LVFS、LVEF均减少(P<0.05)。与心梗对照组比较,心梗药物干预组LVESD、LVEDD、LVEDV、LVESV均减少(P<0.05),LVFS、LVEF均增大(P<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊联合通心络可以有效改善心梗后心脏的功能,发挥抗心梗后心律失常的作用。Objective To observe the effects of Chinese medicine Shensongyangxin（SSYX） combined with Tongxinluo（TXL） Capsules on cardiac function properties of Japanese rabbits myocardial infarction（MI） model, in order to investigate the mechanisms of arrhythmias after MI treatment. Methods 24 Japanese rabbits were randomly divided into sham operation group, control group of MI, drug group of MI（SSYX ＋ TXL）. The model of myocardial infarction was established by anterior descending coronary artery ligation（besides sham operation group）. Drug intervention group was given 0.4 g/（kg·d） SSYX original powder ＋0.3 g/（kg·d） TXL original powder fed 8 weeks after ligation. The remaining two groups were given the same dose of normal saline for 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, echocardiography testing was performed：left ventricular end-systolic diameter（LVESD）, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter（LVEDD）, left ventricular endsystolic volume（LVESV）, left ventricular end-diastolic volume（LVEDV）, left ventricular fractional shortening（LVFS）,left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）. Results Compared with the sham operation group, the LVESD, LVEDD,LVEDV and LVESV of control group of MI were increased（P〈0.05）; LVFS and LVEF were reduced（P〈0.05）. Compared with control group of MI, LVESD, LVEDD, LVEDV and LVESV of drug group of MI were decreased（P〈0.05）;LVFS and LVEF were significantly increased（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shensongyangxin combined with Tongxinluo Capsules can improve cardiac function after MI, in order to anti-arrhythmic.
