摘  要:目的通过建立一种新的大鼠尾椎椎间盘退变模型并在磁共振成像(MRI)下进行观察。方法随机抽取20只SD大鼠,分为实验组和对照组,每组各10只。手术方法以尾椎C5和C6椎体为中心,分别钻入两枚交叉克氏针,以定制碳纤维环固定于交叉克氏针上,通过碳纤维棒的弹簧加压。对照组手术方法同前,区别在于通过碳纤维棒的弹簧不加压。于术后2个月行MRI检查。结果实验组加压椎体间椎间盘变小,椎体弯曲。对照组T2信号值仅轻度改变,而实验组T2信号值明显降低[(502.89±12.93)比(334.57±27.09),t=9.712,P<0.05]。结论椎体加压模型可成功复制静态压力所致椎间盘退变,为深入研究椎间盘退变分子机制及力学信号传导提供基础。Objective To establish a new model of rat tail intervertebral disc degeneration for observation under magnetic resonance imaging(MRI). Methods 20 SD rats were randomized into experimental group and control group, each group had 10 rats. The center of caudal C5 and C6vertebrae were drilled into two cross-Kirschner wires respectively to fixed on the carbon fibrous rings, and the springs through carbon fiber rods made pressure. In control group, the same way as before, only the springs through carbon fiber rods were not pressurized. All of the rats were examined by MRI two months after the operation respectively. Results The intervertebral discs were pressured smaller and vertebral bodies were bent. Control group only slight changed in T2 signal, while experimental group decreased significantly in T2 signal [(502.89±12.93) vs(334.57±27.09), t = 9.712, P〈0.05]. Conclusion Vertebral compression model of rat tail intervertebral disc induces the progressive degeneration of the intervertebral disc by static pressure, the cope of model provides a basis for further research on molecular mechanism of intervertebral disc degeneration and mechanical signal transduction.
