真实世界中医临床科研一体化的实现途径

摘　　要：中医临床科研一体化是真实世界中医临床科研范式的核心,而这一范式的整体构架是从临床中来、到临床中去,即借助现代数字信息技术、电子技术等手段对临床诊疗中收集到的信息进行收集、分析,"悟性升华"为知识;再让普性知识、悟性和逻辑工具共同回到临床中去。中医临床科研范式所强调的中医临床科研一体化是理论上的一体化,在真实世界研究框架内,临床和科研在形式上是分列的,日常的临床实践活动主要是为了更有效地诊疗疾病,科研的创新理论和方法则是为了临床更好的疗效,而更有效的诊疗实践又会产生新的科研所需的信息。中医临床科研以真实世界为研究对象,不仅显示着中医科研日趋成熟,对推动中医学整体发展也具有意义。Integration of real-world clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） is the core of real-world TCM clinical research paradigm. Architecture of the paradigm is coming from the clinic and going to the clinic. That is collecting information from the clinical treatment by modern digital technology, electronic technology and other means,and then sublimate into knowledge. After that, let common knowledge, power of understanding and logic tools together to go back to the clinic. The integration emphasized by clinical research paradigm of TCM is the theoretical integration.Within the framework of real-world research, clinical and scientific research is disaggregated in form. Routine clinical practice is mainly to more effective diagnosis and treatment of disease, while the innovation of theory and method research is in order to better clinical effect, but more effective practice will produce new information needed by scientific research. TCM clinical research with the real world as the research object, not only shows the TCM research is becoming more and more mature, but also has significance in promoting the overall development of traditional Chinese medicine.
