2013年南京市医用诊断X射线机影像质量控制情况

摘　　要：目的了解当前南京市医用诊断X射线机的影像质量控制现状,推进影像质量控制工作。方法按照国家标准和卫生行业标准的有关内容进行检测和评价。结果公立市级及市级以上医院、民营综合医院影像质量控制检测的合格率均为100%,优于公立区级医院与社区卫生服务中心、民营专科医院、其他厂矿医院及体检中心的96.6%、93.2%、98.4%;X射线摄片机管电压指示偏离、光野与照射野四边的最大偏离合格率分别为97.8%、99.4%,其余指标合格率均为100%;X射线透视机有用线束半值层合格率为99.1%,其余指标合格率均为100%;CR质控指标IP响应均匀性及一致性、IP响应线性合格率分别为75%、25%,其余指标合格率均为100%;CT、乳腺X射线机质控指标合格率均为100%;牙科X射线机输出量重复性、曝光时间指示偏离合格率为98.5%,其余指标合格率均为100%。结论南京市医用诊断X射线机的总体运行状况良好,但是部分社区卫生服务中心等基层医疗单位仍存在一定问题,影像质量控制工作仍需加强。[Objective]To understand the current situation of image quality control of medical diagnostic X-ray apparatus in Nanjing City, promote the image quality control.[Methods]The detection and evaluation were performed according to the national standards and health industry standard. [Results]The qualified rates of image quality control in public city-level hospitals and private general hospital were 100%, and were higher than those in public district-level hospitals and community health service centers, private special hospital, and factory/mine hospitals and medical examination centers, which was respectively 96.6%, 93.2% and 98.40/o. The qualified rate of tube voltage indication deviation, and maximum deviation from light field and the radiation field of radiography machine was 97.8% and 99.4% respectively, and the qualified rates of other indexes were 100%. The qualified rate of half value layer of X-ray imagescope was 99.1%, and the qualified rates of other indexes were 100%. As for the CR quality control indexes, the uniformity and consistency of IP response, and the linear of IP response was 75% and 25% respectively, and the qualified rates of other indexes were 100%. The qualified rates of quality control indexes of CT and mammographic X-ray equipment were 100%. The qualified rate of output repeatability and exposure time indication deviation of dental X-ray equipment was both 98.5%, and the qualified rates of other indexes were 100%.[Conclusion]The operation status of medical diagnostic X-ray apparatus in Nanjing City is satisfactory, but there are some problems in basic level medical institutions, such as community health service center, so the image quality control should be improved.
