南京市在校大学生吸烟状况及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解南京市普通高校大学生吸烟状况并分析其影响因素,为有效控制大学生吸烟提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法,抽取南京市3所综合类大学大一和大四学生共1 975名进行问卷调查,了解大学生吸烟状况,对其影响因素进行单因素和多因素logistic回归分析。结果南京市大学生吸烟率为17.60%,不同性别,不同生源地,不同年级间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。性别,饮酒,失恋,经济状况,同伴影响,父亲影响是大学生吸烟的重要影响因素。结论南京市大学生吸烟率不容乐观,吸烟行为影响因素较多,应针对大学生进行有效的健康教育来降低大学生吸烟率。[Objective]To understand the smoking status and analyze its influencing factors of college student in Nanjing, provide evidence for effectively control of smoking among college students. [Methods]A total of 1 975 freshmen and seniors from 3 comprehensive universities in Nanjing were selected by cluster sampling method, questionnaire survey were given them. The smoking status were understood and its influencing factors were analyzed by single factor and multiple factors logistic regression analysis.[Results]The smoking rate of college students in Nanjing was 17.60%. The differences in different gender, source of the students and grades were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The gender, drinking, lovelorn, economic situation, peer influence and father influence were the main influencing factors of smoking.[Conclusion]The smoking rate of college students in Nanjing is not optimistic, it is affected by many factors. We should carry out effective health education to reduce the smoking rate.
