摘　　要：企业职工健康管理对企业健康发展至关重要。作者运用优势、劣势、机会和挑战(SWOT)分析法分析上海市闵行区基于社区卫生服务中心开展企业职工健康管理的优势、劣势、机会及挑战,对开展企业职工健康管理中存在的问题,提出针对性的策略措施,为闵行区基于社区卫生服务中心开展企业职工健康管理的长远发展提供借鉴与帮助。Health management for enterprise employees is essential to the development of the enterprises. The article analyzes comprehensively the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of health management for enterprise employees based on community health service centers in Minhang District of Shanghai by SWOT analysis. Then it puts forward some corresponding measures to settle the problems of health management for enterprise employees, in order to provide the reference and help for the further development of health management for enterprise employees based on community health service centers.
