青岛市某VCT门诊艾滋病自愿咨询检测者情况分析

摘　　要：目的了解青岛市艾滋病自愿咨询检测(VCT)求询者的基本特征和人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染状况,为制定艾滋病综合防治策略提供科学依据。方法从艾滋病综合防治信息系统中,导出2010—2013年青岛市VCT者的数据资料,应用Excel 2003整理出青岛市疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊数据,用SPSS 17.0对VCT者人口学信息和人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)抗体检测结果进行分析。结果 2010—2013年共有8 261例求询者来被调查门诊接受VCT服务,以男性青壮年为主,平均年龄(30.47±8.99)岁,高中及中专占多数,求询原因以非婚异性性行为为主(89.78%)。求询者经HIV抗体检测,发现阳性者69例,阳性率为0.84%;部分人员做了梅毒检测,感染率为8.85%。结论前来求询的人员大多数有感染HIV的高危行为,并存在一定的HIV感染率,梅毒感染状况不容乐观。该市应进一步加强艾滋病的知识宣传和行为干预,扩大VCT服务可及性。[Objective]To understand the basic characteristics and HIV infectious status of clients who had seek the AIDS voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） in Qingdao City, provide a scientific basis for formulating the comprehensive prevention and control strategies of HIV/AIDS.[Methods]The data of VCT clients in Qingdao City from 2010-2013 were collected from the AIDS prevention and control information system, and the VCT clinic data of Qingdao CDC were sorted out by Excel 2003. The demographic information and HIV antibody detection results of VCT clients were analyzed by SPSS17.0.[Results]A total of 8 261 people received the VCT service during 2010-2013, they were mainly young males, the average age was（30.47＋8.99） years old, most of the clients had the educational level of senior high school or technical secondary school, and the main reason for seeking VCT was non-marital sexual behavior （89.78%）. The HIV antibody detection results showed that there were 69 positive cases, with the positive rate of 0.84%. Some people received the syphilis test and the infection rate was 8.85%.[Conclusion]Most people seeking counseling have dangerous behaviors to HIV infection, and have a certain HIV infection rate. Moreover, the syphilis infection situation is severe.h is necessary to further strengthen the knowledge education and behavior intervention of AIDS/HIV, and expand the accessibility of VCT service.
