摘　　要：基于Qo S部署的智能网络能力开放是目前移动互联网时代业界的研究重点,作为4G LTE网络的基础组成部分,EPC核心网主要负责智能网络的策略与控制,而对于策略的实际执行者,即LTE无线网的QoS业务承载能力的研究却一直没有得到充分的重视。本文首先给出现阶段LTE网络无线侧QoS部署场景及部署方案,然后基于LTE网络典型资源配置,分析研究LTE无线网络对Qo S业务的承载能力,包括GBR及Non-GBR业务承载能力等,最后对LTE无线网络部署QoS业务对于现有网络的影响进行一定分析,分析结论为未来LTE网络能力开放部署策略及部署方案决策提供参考。The appearance of stage LTE network wireless side QoS deployment scenarios and deployment plan were first given, and typical resource allocation based on the analysis of LTE network, research on the load bearing capacity of LTE wireless network QoS service, including GBR （Guaranteed Bit Rate） and Non-GBR service capability were then introduced. The influence of the LTE wireless network deployment of GBR service on the existing network of analysis was finally analyzed, and conclusions provide reference tbr the future LTE network capability open deployment decision strategy and deployment plan.
