摘　　要：目前矿物油型螺杆压缩机使用寿命较短,通常为2000~3000 h,合成型螺杆压缩机油寿命通常大于5000 h,但价格较高。文章以加氢基础油并加有非对称型受阻酚抗氧剂等多种功能添加剂,研制成功具有良好热稳定性、优异氧化安定性和寿命大于6000 h的长寿命螺杆压缩机油。The service period of screw compressor lubricant based on mineral oil is comparatively short usually 2000 ~ 3000 h. In comparison with the former,synthetic screw compressor lubricants has longer service period usually more than 5000 h,but with a higher price. A long life screw compressor lubricant based on hydrogenated oil and containing functional additives,especially an asymmetric hindered phenol antioxidant,was successfully developed. The lubricant showed excellent thermal and oxidation stability,and with long service period more than 6000 h.
