摘　　要：随着环保法规及食品卫生要求的日益苛刻,润滑油、白油等与人类生产生活密切相关的石油产品清洁化势在必行,并向高端、特种、专用方向发展。抚顺石油化工研究院采用绿色环保的临氢催化过程和技术,开发了润滑油基础油和白油生产技术,并实现工业应用,为石油资源高效利用、特种油品质量升级及相关行业技术水平提升打下基础。As requirements of environmental regulations and food hygiene increasing strictly,the development of cleaner production,high ending and specialization of lubricating oil,white oil and other petroleum products closely related to human life is imperative. Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum and Petrochemicals developed and commercialized the lube base oil and white oil production with green hydrogenation technology,and laid the groundwork for effective utilization of petroleum,promotion of petroleum refining technology and upgrading of special oils.
