摘　　要：我国自主建设的世界首座煤直接液化示范工程神华100万t/a煤直接液化装置于2008年底成功试运行。经过几年的优化和完善,2011—2013年间,神华煤直接示范装置持续稳定运行、连续3a盈利。列举了神华煤直接液化示范装置运行和研发情况,介绍了煤直接液化基础理论研究,煤液化残渣溶剂萃取分离与应用研究。在煤液化沥青应用研究中,重点介绍了在针状焦、防水卷材、配煤捣固炼焦和COPNA树脂制备技术开发方面取得的的应用效果。神华煤直接液化示范工程建设、装置稳定运行并取得较好经济效益的实践表明,我国在煤直接液化领域已取得世界领先地位并日趋成熟。As the first demonstration plant of direct coal liquefaction in the world,Shenhua demonstration plant 106 t / a products was successfully trial operated at the end of 2008,the plant has gone through improvement stages to normal production status. Between 2011 and2013,the plant operated well and generated profits.The research and operation of the demonstration plant was introduced.The basic theoretical study,liquefaction residue solvent extraction and subsequent utilization were investigated.In the aspects of coal liquefaction asphalt applied studies,the needle coke,waterproof roll,COPNA preparation and coal blending for tamping coke oven were introduced.The successful construction and operation of Shenhua direct coal liquefaction plant showed that,the coal liquefaction technology became more mature in China.
