摘 要:浮头法兰是浮头式换热器中重要的受压元件。文章对多管程浮头法兰程间流通面积的计算进行了推导,首次给出了GB 151标准中列出的所有管程分程形式下的球冠形封头浮头盖程间流通面积的计算公式,实现了GB151标准要求的计算方法,并给出了在此要求下的浮头法兰厚度计算公式;通过算例发现,通用现行软件的浮头法兰计算结果可能无法满足GB 151标准中有关程间流通面积"1.3"倍的要求,并考证了文献【3】方法的可行性。Floating head cover flange is one of the important pressure parts in the floating heat exchanger.This article deduces the calculation of crossover area between multi-tube passes of floating head cover flange.lt gives the calculation formula for the crossover area between all the tube passes of floating head cover(spherically dished head) flange required by standard GB 151 for the first time.The article realizes the calculation method required by standard GB 151 and presents the calculation formula for the floating head cover flange thickness under such requirement.It is found out through example that the calculation results for the floating head flange calculated by applying the general effective software may not meet the requirement in standard GB 151 concerning the 1.3 times of flow area between passes.The paper also investigates and verifies the feasibility of the method cited in the third literature.
