摘　　要：当前国內已在运行和正在建设的聚丙烯装置,在不同工况下,可以生产多种不同牌号的聚丙烯产品。主要关注在同一套装置不同工况下,某液体添加剂计量泵因为选型方案异同,在计量精度方面可能产生的问题,通过影响计量泵精度各因素的分析,能耗、初期投资和长期操作维护成本的综合分析,比较各种改进的选型方案,来进行选型优化,以期对类似情况下计量泵设备的选型和应用提供有益的参考,并以在实际工程设计及操作上的实例来予以佐证。Several types of polypropylene can be produced through current polypropylene process under different work conditions from the polypropylene plants that have been put into operation or are under construction.This paper focuses on the possible problems in measurement precision of certain liquid additive metering pump caused by different model selection plans for the same plant under different work conditions.Through analysis of the factors that may affect the precision of metering pump and comprehensive analysis on the maintenance cost of energy consumption,initial investment and long-term operation and maintenance,the paper compares various improved model selection for optimization so as to provide useful reference for the model selection and application of metering pumps under similar working conditions.Practical examples in real engineering design and operation are taken to prove the model selection optimization.
