摘  要:文章针对公司现有压缩机配置的干气密封,根据密封系统的差异,干气密封动环、静环摩擦副的技术特点,分析了干气密封的故障。阐述了影响密封泄漏的主要原因及采取的相应措施,结合一、二级密封泄漏判断的依据,提出在运行、检修中的关键点。最大化地延长密封的有效寿命,降低干气密封的检修率。Aiming at the dry gas seal of the present compressor in the Company,this paper analyzes the failure of the dry gas seal according to the differences of different seal systems and the technical characteristics of rotation and stationary rings of the dry gas seal.It expatiates on the main reasons for seal leakage and the corresponding measures to take.Combining with the judgment basis for the primary and secondary seal leakage,the paper brings forward the key points in operation and maintenance to prolong the effective service life of the seals to the maximum and reduce the maintenance rate of the dry gas seal.
