摘　　要：在工程项目建设过程中,工程管理是保证工程项目顺利完工的重要工作,在招投标项目中,如何保证工程管理的科学性和合理性一直是建设行业最关注的课题之一。很多工程甲方都选择邀请招标的方式,但是邀标方式不能充分体现"公开、公平、公正"原则,在操作中容易产生不规范行为。据此,我们需要运用科学合理有效的工程管理来规避这些风险。During the construction process of a project, engineering management is an important work to guarantee the smooth implementation of the project. For project bidding, it has always been the focus of construction industry to guarantee the scientific and rational quality of engineering management. Party As of many projects select the approach of invitation to bid. But that approach can not fully present the principles of ＂being open, fair and impartial,＂ and disorderly conduct might occur in the operations. Thus we need to apply scientific, rational and effective engineering management to evade these risks.
