法舒地尔联合α-硫辛酸、甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察法舒地尔联合α-硫辛酸、甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法 90例糖尿病周围神经病变患者随机分为对照组30例、治疗组A 30例和治疗组B 30例。对照组给予单用甲钴胺治疗;治疗组A在使用甲钴胺的基础上,加用α-硫辛酸治疗;治疗组B在使用甲钴胺及α-硫辛酸基础上,联合应用法舒地尔治疗。观察三组患者治疗前后主观症状改善情况、不良反应发生情况及神经传导速度改善情况。结果治疗组A和治疗组B的显效率和总有效率均高于对照组;与治疗组A相比,治疗组B的显效率和总有效率均较高。三组治疗后腓总神经和胫神经的运动神经传导速度(MCV)和感觉神经传导速度(SCV)较治疗前均有所提高,且治疗组A和B的提高较对照组更为明显,其中治疗组B的提高最明显。三组患者治疗过程中均未发生严重药物不良反应。结论法舒地尔、α-硫辛酸及甲钴胺三种药物联合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效显著,安全可靠。Objective We aimed to observe the effect of fasudil combined with α - lipoic acid and mecobalamine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （ DPN ）. Methods Ninety patients with DPN were randomly divided into control group, treatment group A and treatment group B, 30 cases in each group. The patients in control group only were treated with mecobalamine, patients in treatment group A were treated with mecobalamine and α- lipoic , patients in treatment group B were treated with fasudil combined with α -lipoic acid and mecobalamine. Subjective symptoms, adverse reactions and improvement about nerve conduction velocity of patients in the three groups before and after treatment were observed. Results Significant effective rate and total effective rate of treatment group A and B were higher than the control group. Compared with the treatment group A, the significant effective rate and total effective rate of treatment group B were higher. After the treatment, the motor nerve conduction velocity （MCV） and Sensory nerve conduction velocity （SCV） of common peroneal nerve and tibial nerve were all improved in the three groups, and the improvement of the treatment group A and B was more obvious and the treatment group B was the most obvious. There was no serious adverse drug reaction happened in the whole process of treatment. Conclusions The combination of fasudil and α - lipoic acid and mecobalamine is effective and safe for the treatment of DPN.
