规范门诊急救物品管理对降低护理风险的临床意义

摘　　要：目的探析应用PDCA循环法对门诊急救物品进行规范管理在降低护理风险方面所发挥的效果及其临床意义。方法选择我院的23名门诊工作人员进行分析,应用PDCA循环法进行规范管理,比较实施PDCA循环法前后我院门诊护理人员的急救物品管理能力以及管理合格率。结果我院门诊护理规范管理前,护理人员急救药品知识、急救管理制度的考核成绩分别为(82.1±7.0)分、(81.7±6.5)分,管理之后分别提高为(94.5±5.0)分、(95.8±3.6)分,前后对比有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理前取急救药品/物品所用时间为(15.2±5.2)秒,管理后为(10.0±3.5)秒,对比同样有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施规范管理前,我院急救物品的存放合格率、登记清楚率以及物品完好率分别达到93.3%、91.1%以及93.3%规范管理后均提高到100%,前后差异明显,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用PDCA循环法对医院门诊急救物品进行规范管理可以提高管理的有效性、科学性以及护理人员的护理技能和综合素质,全面降低护理风险,提高医院的医疗质量,临床意义显著。Objective It was probe into the effect and its clinical significance of standardize the management of outpatient first - aid items through PDCA circulation method to reduce the nursing risk. Methods Twenty three clinic staffs in our hospital were selected as the study subject, PDCA method was used to standardize the management, their management ability and qualification rate of first aid articles were compared between before and after the implementation of PDCA circulation method. Results Before the implementing of standardized management, the score of knowledge on first - aid medicine and emergency management system of outpatient nurse were （82.1 ± 7.0） and （81.7±6.5 ） respectively, interestingly, after the implementing of management the scores were increased to （94.5 ± 5.0） and （ 95.8 ± 3.6）, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The time spent in take first - aid medicine/items was （ 15.2 ± 5.2 ） seconds before the management was executed and was decreased to （ 10 ± 3.5 ） seconds after the management, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05）. After the implementation of standardized management, qualified rate, intact and clear registration rate of goods raised to 100% from 93.3%, 91.1% and 93.3% differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The application of PDCA circulation method in standardizing the management can improve the management effectiveness and scientificalness, improve nurses＂ skills and comprehensive quality and the medical quality and clinical significance, reduce overall nursing risk.
