摘 要:miRNA参与调控运动性适应基本生理过程的基因选择性表达,其调控模式影响适应能力,导致运动能力可训练性的个体差异。尿游离miRNA(UCF-miRNA)表达谱与组织miRNA密切相关,但不清楚其与运动能力可训练性的具体关联,因而无法用于运动员选材和个性化训练。依据UCF-miRNA表达谱特征与有氧运动能力可训练性水平的关系,构建关联模型用于运动员选材和训练。采用k-means法对76名男性足球队员14周有氧训练前后个体乳酸阈(ILT)变化率做聚类分析,将研究对象分为对训练的高敏感型组(HR组)和普通敏感型组(CR组)。提取和分析HR组UCF-miRNAs表达谱及模式特征。结果发现:11个在功能上与运动性适应调控相关的UCF-miRNAs构成的特异性表达差异谱与显著高于平均水平的ILT提高率表型有关联,其模式特征与良性运动性适应的生理反应特征一致。得出结论:运动性适应UCF-miRNAs特征性表达谱模式与有氧运动能力的可训练性存在关联并反映其适应生理特点及状态,可用来早期预测有氧运动能力发展潜力、评价训练效果/竞技状态和早期诊断运动伤病。Objective: miRNAs affect the trainability of athletic ability by regulating the essential processes of exercise adaption. The expression profile of Urine cell-free miRNAs (UCF-miRNAs) associates with the pattern of miRNA in tissue, but the specific relation between this profile and the trainability of aerobic athletic ability is unknown. This paper seeks to build the model of UCF-miRNA expressing pattern reflecting the trainability of aerobic athletic ability. Method: 76 male soccer athletes are engaged in a 14-week aerobic training, and the Individual Lactate Threshold (ILT) before and after the training are measured, and then these athletes are grouped as High Response group (HR group) and Common Response group (CR group) ,depending on the result of the K-means clustering of growth ratio of ILT. The characters of UCF-miRNAs' Differential Expression Profile are extracted and analyzed. Result: 11 UCF-miRNAs, which are known as closely relating to exercise adoption, and their expressing pattern are extracted, vali- dated,and confirmed to constitute the differential expression profile of HR group which is characteristic of higher growth ratio of ILT, and which Differential Expression Profile coincide with the positive characters of exercise adaption. Conclusion: UCF-miRNAs' Differential Expression Profile is closely related to the trainability of aerobic athletic ability, which can be used as a method to forecast the potential of aerobic athletic ability, to value the effect of training, and to diagnose sport hurts early and accurately.
