摘　　要：制定我国休闲体育产业的政策,首先要确立休闲体育产业发展的核心理念,合理定位休闲体育产业管理的政府职能,在此基础上,根据对我国休闲体育产业发展状况的客观判断,有针对性地制定休闲体育产业发展战略,采取科学的休闲体育产业组织政策、非平衡的休闲体育产业发展政策、强有力的休闲体育产业扶持政策和恰当的休闲体育产业规制政策,从而确保休闲体育产业健康、快速的发展。For the purpose of contruct the leisure sports industry policy, first of all is to es- tablish the core concept of leisure sports industry, reasonable orientation the leisure sports in- dustry of government management functions. On this basis, according to the objective judg- ment of leisure sports industry development, targeted to formulate leisure sports industry de- velopment strategy, adopt scientific leisure sports industry organization policy, the non -e- quilibrium of leisure sports industry development policy, strong industrial support policy of the leisure sports and the appropriate leisure sports industry regulation policy, to ensure leis- ure sport industry＇ s health, sustainable development.
