摘  要:目的:探讨有氧运动对不同年龄段雄性SD大鼠皮质醇、血睾酮的影响。方法:按照不同月龄,将大鼠分为青年组、中年组、老年组。每个年龄又分为运动组和对照组。运动组大鼠每日进行1小时的跑台运动,对照组常规饲养。8周后,把所有大鼠统一处死,取大鼠心脏血,测皮质醇、血睾酮的含量。所得数据采用单因素方差分析法进行统计。结论:大鼠皮质醇随着年龄的增长显著降低(P<0.01)。青年、中年运动组大鼠皮质醇含量低于对照组。但老年运动组皮质醇含量高于老年对照组及中年运动组。8周有氧运动后,各年龄段运动组大鼠血睾酮均高于对照组,且有显著性差异(P<0.05)。其中中年组大鼠血睾酮高于青年组、老年组。青年组和老年组血睾酮没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。Objective: to study the aerobic exercise of different age paragraph the male SD rats, the influence of blood testosterone, cortisol. Methods : according to different months, rats divided into young, middle - aged and elderly group. Every age is divided into exercise group and control group. Exercise group rats run daily for 1 hour~ motion, the control group con- ventional breeding. After eight weeks, all rats unified execution, take heart blood of rats, cor- tisol,blood testosterone levels. Data from single factor variance analysis. Conclusion: as the growth of the age, cortisol of rats significantly reduced ( P 〈 0.01 ). Exercise group rats corti- sol levels lower than the control group. But higher cortisol levels than older elderly sports group control group and middle - aged sports group. Movement after eight weeks of aerobic exercise, each age group of rats blood testosterone were higher than the control group, and there are significant differences ( P 〈 0. 05 ). One middle - aged rats blood testosterone is higher than the young elderly group. There is no significant difference between young and elderly group blood testosterone.
