摘　　要：从"大卫生、大预防"的视角,运用期望寿命表法、数学模型构建等方法,探索了"疾病预防—降低发病/患病—减少死亡—期望寿命提升"的定量关系,形成了疾病预防控制对期望寿命提升贡献的测算思路、步骤与具体方法,为各地测算疾病防控工作的贡献提供了方法学支撑。The quantitative relationship on ＂disease prevention and control—the reduction of disease incidence or prevalence—the decreasing of death—the promotion of life expectancy＂ was explored with the methods such as life expectancy tables,mathematical model building,and the procedures and methods for measuring the contributions of disease prevention and control to the promotion of life expectancy was formed,which provided a methodological support to estimate the contribution of disease prevention and control around the country.
