摘　　要：目的 :明确疾病预防控制与医疗技术进步对社会发展(人类发展指数)的影响程度。方法 :收集华东某省数据资料,通过明确"疾病预防控制贡献—期望寿命提升—人类发展指数改变"的关系,定量明确疾病预防控制工作对人类发展指数的影响。结果 :2010—2015年间,华东某省的人类发展指数将增加0.035 0。其中,疾病预防控制工作通过提升期望寿命对其的影响程度为8.34%,而医疗技术进步的影响程度为5.38%。结论 :疾病预防控制工作的投入—产出效益要高于临床医疗,凸显了"预防为主"方针的重要性,未来应更加重视对于疾病预防控制工作的投入。Objective ：The purpose of this article is to clarify the impact of disease prevention and control and medical technology progress on social development（human development index,HDI）. Methods ：The relationship on ＂contribution of disease prevention and control—the promotion of life expectancy—the changes of HDI＂ were figured out based on the data of a province in Eastern China,and the impact of disease prevention and control work on HDI was quantitatively measured. Results ：From 2010 to 2015,HDI of the province will increase by 0.035 0. The impact of disease prevention and control to the HDI through improving life expectancy will account for 8.34%,while the impact of the medical technology progress will only account for 5.38%. Conclusion ：The input—output efficiency of disease prevention and control is better than the clinical medical treatment,which highlights the importance of health policy of ＂prioritizing prevention＂. It is suggested to increase the governmental investment to the disease prevention and control work.
