高校“挑战杯”科研培育研究——基于苏州大学的实证分析

摘　　要：苏州大学"挑战杯"科研培育的经验主要体现在选拔、宣传、调动参与、师资以及资金等多个环节,而不足之处主要有:评审过程存在"风险"、对于学生与指导教师缺乏足够激励、不同学科学生参与不均衡、受益群体范围较小。进一步推进苏州大学"挑战杯"科研培育的思路如下:加大评价体系的科学性;加强激励措施的全面性;保证学生需求的优先性;关注参与及受益的均衡性。The experience mainly reflects in selection, promotion, participation, teachers and finance and other aspects. And it also has some shortcomings, such as the review process exist ＂risk＂; the ＂Challenge＂ lacks motiva- tion for students and advisors; the students＇ participation of different disciplines is not balanced; the range of benefi- ciary groups is very small. To improve scientific research training for ＂Challenge Cup＂, the paper renders the follow- ing opinions： increase the scientific of the evaluation system; strengthen the comprehensiveness of incentive mea- sures; ensure the prioritv of students＇ need： concern the balance of narticination and benefit.
