摘  要:以刺参种子为供试材料,通过多因子交叉重复实验对影响刺参种子后熟的主要因素进行了筛选,并确定了其影响水平.采用2.50mg·L^-1 GA3和2.60-2.80mg·L^-12,4-D混合溶液浸泡48h,将种子与河砂(1∶3)混合,变温处理140-147d,白天温度为(22±2)℃,处理14h,夜间温度为(8±2)℃,处理10h.结果表明,心形胚发生率为98.6%,子叶胚发生率为95.7%,播种后发芽率达96.0%.获得了刺参种子的后熟条件,可应用于刺参的育苗.The seeds of Oplopanax elatus were used as test materials,and the main factors at different levels for after-ripening seeds of Oplopanax elatus were investigated through repeated factorial experiments with cross.The results show that the seed of Oplopanax elatus are soaked in the mixed solutions with 2.50mg·L^-1 GA3 and 2.60-2.80mg·L^-12,4-D for 48 h,and mixed with the river sand at the ratio of 1∶3in the poikilothermic treatment for140-147d.The extent of temperature changes are(22±2)℃ for 14 hby day and(8±2)℃ for 10 hat night.The incidence rate of the heart-shape embryo is 98.6%;the incidence rate of the embryo with cotyledons is 95.7%;the germination percentage is 96.0%.In this study,the after-ripening conditions of the Oplopanax elatus seeds are obtained,which are applicable to the seedlings of Oplopanax elatus.
