摘 要:为了明确近年来广西壮族自治区天峨县发生严重的珍珠李叶枯病病原,采集天峨县珍珠李病叶,对病原进行分离和鉴定。本研究从病叶中分离到2种真菌,核糖体DNA内转录间隔区(internal transcribed spacer,ITS)序列分析表明2种真菌分离物分别与GenBank中胶孢炭疽菌Colletotrichum gloeosporioides和拟盘多毛孢菌Pestalotiopsis sp.具有99%的相似性。离体致病性测定结果表明,分离菌株均能使健康叶片产生症状,并通过柯赫法则(Koch’s postulates)验证。结合真菌分离物的分离比率,将广西天峨县珍珠李叶枯病病原初步鉴定为胶孢炭疽菌。Plum leaf blight pathogens were isolated and identified from infected plum leaves in Tian'e county,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.Two kinds of fungi were isolated from all of the infected leaves of pearl plum in Tian'e county.Results of internal transcribed spacer(ITS)sequence analysis of rDNA indicated that these two isolates showed 99 percent similarity to Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and Pestalotiopsis sp.,respectively.Pathogenicity test showed that the symptoms appeared in the healthy leaves infected by isolated fungi,which was proved by Koch's postulates.Taking into account with the segregation ratio of these two kinds of isolates,the pathogen of plum leaf blight of pearl plum in Tian'e county was preliminarily identified as anthracnose pathogen C.gloeosporioides.
