摘　　要：社会养老保险制度是解决老年人经济保障的主要途径,但目前我国的社会养老保险制度还处于起步或初期发展的阶段,存在大量的现实问题。本文论述了我国社会养老保险发展的基本状况、我国老年人经济保障的基本状况、我国社会养老保险面临的主要问题,并提出建立和完善我国社会养老保险体系的对策思考。Social endowment insurance system is the main way to solve the economic security of the elderly,but our social endowment insurance system is still in the initial or early development stage at present,with a large number of practical problems. This paper discussed the basic condition of the development of social endowment insurance and economic security of the elderly in China,the main problems the old age social security are facing,and proposed countermeasures of perfecting our country＇s old age social security system.
