摘 要:针对某钼矿山选矿厂精选尾矿运用分散+选择性疏水絮凝的方法进行了再选试验,结果表明,在精选尾矿中加入分散剂使其充分分散后,再加入絮凝剂使微细辉钼矿颗粒团聚,然后加入捕收剂、起泡剂将其回收,可获得钼品位为3.53%,回收率为80.01%的钼粗精矿;在钼粗精矿中继续加入分散剂、絮凝剂、铜抑制剂、捕收剂和起泡剂,可以将铜钼有效分离,并获得钼品位9.23%,回收率85.84%的钼精矿。The experiment on the concentration tailings from one ore dressing plant of the molybdenum mining using the method of dispersion and selective hydrophobic flocculation was done. The results show that molybdenum coarse concentrate with the molybdenum grade of 3. 53% and recovery rate 80. 01% can be recovered after the dispersant was added to the concentration tailings to make it fully disperse and then the flocculation to make the minute molybdenite granola glomeration,with trapping agent and frothing agent last added. Dispersant,flocculation,copper deactivator,trapping agent and froth were successively added to the molybdenum coarse concentrate,molybdenum was effectively separated from copper,and molybdenum concentrate was recovered with the molybdenum grade of9. 23% and recovery rate 85. 84%.
