摘　　要：简述了国际上先进油轮油气控制排放的主要措施及特点,对我国现有码头油船装载过程中油气排放特点做了分析,在此基础上,提出改进目前码头油气吸附法工艺流程的建议。The main measures and characteristics for oil gas emission control of mammoth tankers at home and abroad are brief introduced. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of oil gas emission during loading of oil tankers at the existing piers in China and according to the oil gas emission characteristics of the tanker,the suggestions are proposed for the technological process of adsorption method for oil gas at the pier.
