摘 要:目的研究粘合吻合术中氰基丙烯酸酯医用胶粘剂聚合热对神经组织的再损伤。方法取80只健康SD雄性大鼠,随机分为A、B、C、D 4组,每组各20只,以游离左侧坐骨神经滴氰基丙烯酸酯医用胶粘剂建立损伤模型。A组用氰基丙烯酸酯正辛酯胶粘剂1滴(20μl);B组用氰基丙烯酸酯正辛酯胶粘剂4滴(80μl);C组用氰基丙烯酸乙酯胶粘剂1滴(20μl);D组用生理盐水1滴(20μl)。24 h后大体观测4组间左侧坐骨神经差异,进行坐骨神经电生理检测,HE染色和嗜银染色,组织学观察损伤情况。结果 C组与A、B、D组坐骨神经大体观察和组织学观察比较差异明显,C组和A、B、D组间神经组织电生理检测指标差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论不同剂量氰基丙烯酸正辛酯聚合热对神经组织损伤较轻,在神经组织修复中可用于吻合剂和固定剂。Objective To study the polymerization heat induced by Cyanoacrylate in medical adhesives on nerve tissual lesions. Methods A total of 80 healthy SD male rats were randomly divided into group A,B,C and D( n = 20 for each group),and lesion models were established by dropping Cyanoacrylate to freeing left sciatic nerves. Group A was given 20 μl Cyanoacrylate( 1 drop); group B was given 80 μl Cyanoacrylate( 4 drops); group C was given 20 μl Ethyl Cyanocrylate( 1 drop); group D was given 20 μl normal saline( 1 drop) to left sciatic nerves. The differences of left sciatic nerves were generally observed after 24 h in the four groups,and sciatic electrophysiology detection,hematoxylin and eosin( HE) staining and warthin-starry staining were performed,and then the lesions were observed with histological method. Results There were statistically significant differences in sciatic general observation and histological observation between group C and group A,B and D,while the differences in sciatic electrophysiology indexes between group C and group A,B and D were statistically significant( P〈0. 01). Conclusion The polymerization heat induced by different dosages of Cyanoacrylate may have mild nerve tissual lesions,so it can be used as adhesive and fixing agents to repair nervous tissues.
