摘　　要：介绍首都医科大学中医药学院李世增教授治疗痤疮的经验,认为痤疮属本虚标实证,本虚即指阴阳气血的不平衡(即西医所谓的内分泌失调),标实是指本病总属热证,而肺胃热盛是痤疮发生的基本病机,在清泄肺胃同时,结合五脏论治辅以对症加减治疗,疗效肯定。It is to introduce the clinical experience on treating acne of Professor LI Shizeng who is from Traditional Chinese Medicine School of Capital Medical University. Professor LI thinks that the sydnrome differentiation of acne is the deficiency in the root and the excess in the branch simultaneously. The deficiency refers to the imbalance of Yin and Yang or Qi and blood（endocrine disorders in western medicine）. The excess refers to excess-heat pathogen. Lung and stomach heat is the basic pathogenesis of acne and clearing lung and stomach heat is the basic treatment principle. Acne treatment by Professor LI is more effective when combining the governance of Zang-Fu organs and symptomatic treating.
