摘　　要：目的：建立调脂胶囊中特女贞苷含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法测定调脂胶囊中特女贞苷含量,色谱柱：YMC ODS C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相：乙腈-水（16∶84）,检测波长：224 nm,柱温：30℃,流速：1.0 m L·min-1。结果：特女贞苷在0.1630~2.445μg范围线性关系良好（r=0.9998）,平均回收率为100.25%,RSD为1.42%（n=6）。结论：本方法准确、简便、重复性好、专属性强,可用于测定调脂胶囊中特女贞苷的含量。Objective： To establish a method for determining Specnuezhenide in Tiaozhi Capsule. Methods： Specnuezhenide in Tiaozhi Capsule was analyzed by HPLC and the ideal conditions were achieved on YMC ODS C18（250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm） by isocratic elution with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（16 ∶ 84）. The flow rate was 1. 0 m L·min-1and the examination wavelength was set at 224 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results： There was a good linear relation（r = 0. 9998） between peak area and the contents of Specnuezhenide in the range of 0. 1630-2. 445 μg. The average recovery of Specnuezhenide was 100. 25% and RSD was 1. 42%（n = 6）. Conclusion： This method was simple and accurate with excellent stability and reproducibility for the quality control of the Specnuezhenide in Tiaozhi Capsule.
