电针夹脊穴为主治疗腰椎管狭窄症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针夹脊穴同普通针刺法治疗椎管狭窄症(LSS)疗效差异。方法:将LSS患者随机分为电针治疗组(32例)和普通针刺治疗组(32例)。两组均选腰夹脊、腰阳关、阳陵泉、地机、悬钟、委中、承山穴,治疗组采用电针夹脊穴位,对照组采用普通针刺。两组均1次/d,5次为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。比较两组LSS症状体征、脊髓功能状态及临床疗效。结果:组内比较,治疗后、治疗后3个月脊髓功能评分及症状体征评分均有统计学差异(P<0.05),组间比较,治疗后髓功能评分及治疗后、治疗后3个月症状体征评分两组间评分均有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗后3个月脊髓功能评分组间无统计学差异均为(P>0.05),两组疗效比较经卡方检验(P<0.05),即两种治疗方法的疗效有差异。结论:电针治疗LSS优于普通针刺。Objective： To observe the difference in efficacy of electro-acupuncture at Jiaji points（EX-B2） and ordinary symptoms for lumbar spinal stenosis（LSS）. Methods： LSS patients were randomly divided into electro-acupuncture group（32 cases）and normal acupuncture treatment group（32 cases）. Both groups selected Waist jiaji（EX-B2）,Yaoyangguan（DU3）,Yanglingquan（GB34）,Diji（SP8）,Xuanzhong（GB39）,Weizhong（BL40）,Chengshan（BL57）. The treatment group received electro-acupuncture at Jiaji points（EX-B2） and the control group was treated with an ordinary acupuncture. 5 times was for one course of treatment,totally three courses. LSS symptoms and signs,spinal cord functional status and clinical efficacy were compared. Results： After treatment and 3 months after treatment,symptoms and signs and spinal cord function score were statistically significant（P〈0. 05） in two groups. Between the two groups,signs and symptoms score after treatment and 3 months after treatment were statistically significant（P〈0. 05） and three months after treatment the spinal cord function score had no significant difference between two groups（P〉0. 05）. By chi-square test（P〈0. 05）,there were differences in the efficacy of two treatments. Conclusion： In the field of treating LSS,the effect of electro-acupuncture is better than normal acupuncture.
