推拿法舒经通络效应机制浅析

摘　　要：推拿法在本质上属于以"机械力"为特征的一种物理治疗手段,对人体诸多系统都有趋于正向积极的影响,尤适用于人体肌肉丰厚部位,其行气活血、舒经通络等作用已为医学界所共识。推拿手法作用机制的研究一直是该学术界的研究热点,不同推拿手法对人体的作用各有侧重,其作用机制的研究显得较为复杂,但其各种功效的发挥总是以"舒筋通络"这一作用为基础。笔者从祖国传统医学舒筋通络及筋伤的定义和病因病理、行气活血作用原理及舒筋通络效应机制的现代研究等诸多方面加以阐述,以求更加明确推拿舒筋通络的效应机制。The massage roller method in essence belongs to is characterized by the mechanical force of a physical treatments,many systems have to human body tend to be a positive influence,especially suitable for human body muscle fat,walk qi,shu by t2 dm has consensus by the medical profession. Massage mechanism research has always been the research focus in the academia,the different massage does to the human body each have emphasize particularly on,its mechanism of action research is relatively complex,but the development of its various functions is always on＂tendons t2dm＂based on this one action. The author from the traditional Chinese medicine and tendons of t2 dm and the definition of a tendon injury and etiology pathology,line qi and action principle and tendons t2 dm effect mechanism of modern research,and many other aspects are discussed,in order to more clear massage relaxes the muscles the effect mechanism of t2 dm.
