苦参有效成分镇痛作用的研究进展

摘　　要：疼痛是一种常见的复杂的、令人产生不愉快情绪的疾病。阿片生物碱类药物在临床上被用于严重的手术创伤及癌症晚期疼痛的治疗,但也能引起一系列的药物不良反应,包括恶心、呕吐、呼吸抑制等,特别是容易产生药物依赖性,从而限制了此类药物镇痛作用的临床广泛应用。临床研究发现苦参在抗肿瘤的同时,能够缓解患者的癌痛及带状疱疹神经痛等症状。然而镇痛机制尚不十分明确。一些现代药理学的研究结果显示,苦参中的苦参碱型生物碱有很好的镇痛作用,其中包括苦参碱、氧化苦参碱、槐定碱、槐果碱、氧化槐果碱等。现对以上五种生物碱的镇痛作用进行一一综述,进而阐明苦参的镇痛作用。Pain is a common complex and produce unpleasant mood diseases. Opioid alkaloids are used in clinical surgical trauma and severe pain in advanced cancer treatment,but it can cause a range of adverse drug reactions,including nausea,vomiting,respiratory depression,especially prone to drug dependence,thus limiting the wide application of these drugs. Pharmaceutical preparations of Sophora flavescens are used in anti-tumor therapy,meanwhile can relieve cancerous pain and / or other symptoms,such as herpes zoster neuralgia neuropathic pain. However,analgesic mechanism of Sophora flavescens is not very clear. Some modern pharmacological studies proved that matrine alkaloids from Sophora flavescens,such as matrine,oxymatrine,sophoridine,sophocarpine,oxysophocarpine,have analgesic effects. Now we summarize these five alkaoids to review the analgesic effects of Sophora flavescens.
