摘  要:胃黏膜在围术期极易发生应激性损伤,从而导致多脏器功能障碍综合症的发生,其严重性日益引起人们的关注。大量临床和动物实验证实电针足三里对胃黏膜损伤具有一定的保护作用,其机制可能是通过减少胃酸分泌、增加胃黏液层和胃黏膜厚度、抑制炎性介质反应、调节胃动力和胃电活动、促进胃黏膜损伤修复,以及调控机体内源性ET-1/NO和CGRP/PGE2水平等来实现的。本文以中医文献为理论基础,结合近年来临床试验及基础实验研究,就电针足三里对胃黏膜的保护机制展开综述。Gastric mucosal injury is a very common complication during the perioperative period,which plays a great role in the initiation and progression of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS). A large number of clinical trials and animal experiments have demonstrated the protective effect of stress gastric mucosal injury induced by EA at Zusanli(ST36),the mechanism of which may be by means of reducing gastric acid secretion,increasing gastric mucus layer and mucosal thickness,inhibiting the reactive of inflammatory mediators,regulating the gastric motility and gastric electrical activity,recovering gastric mucosal injury and regulating the body ET-1 / NO and CGRP / PGE2 endogenous levels. Based on the Chinese medicine ancient literature and according to clinical trials and animal experiments in the recent years,we have concluded research progress in mechanism of gastric mucosal membrane protection induced by EA at Zusanli(ST36).
