摘　　要：卵巢早衰是多种病因所致卵巢功能提前衰退的疾病,其发病原因复杂,与生活环境、遗传、免疫、感染等因素相关。如何改善患者的卵巢功能、提高其生活质量,是目前生殖内分泌研究领域的重点和难点。本文围绕近年来国内外专家在卵巢早衰动物模型建立、发病机制和药物干预等研究进展上进行综述,从而进一步阐明和梳理卵巢早衰发病机理及治疗方法的新思路。Premature ovarian failure（POF）,caused by a variety of causes,is an early decline of ovarian function disease. Its causes are complex and associated with the living environment,genetics,immunology,infection and other factors. How to improve the ovarian function and quality of human life is the key and difficult research of reproductive endocrinology. In this manuscript,we described the results on animal model establishment of POF,POF pathogenesis studying and drug intervention of various researches groups in the world during the recent years. Therefore,this review will provide the basis for further clarification and new ideas sort of POF pathogenesis and treatment methods.
