摘 要:目的研究干姜挥发油、醇提物、水提物、干姜粉对晕动病的治疗作用。方法采用匀速模型和三角形模型分析不同剂量的干姜挥发油、醇提物、水提物、干姜粉对小鼠晕动病的对抗作用,用晕反应指数评价各实验组的抗晕动效果。结果在两种晕动模型中,挥发油组、醇提物组、干姜粉组均有良好的抗晕作用,与模型组小鼠晕反应指数相比,均有明显降低(P<0.05),但干姜水提物在以上两种模型中均无抗晕作用。结论干姜挥发油、干姜醇提物、干姜粉具有良好的抗晕作用。Objective To research the effect of dry ginger volatile oil,ethanol extract,water extract,and dry ginger pow der on motion sickness. Methods The uniform model and the triangle model were established to observe the effect of different doses of dry ginger volatile oil,ethanol extract,water extract and dry ginger powder on motion sickness. Motion index was used to assess the results. Results In two different models above,the motion index decreased significantly in mouse treated with volatile oil,ethanol extract and dry ginger powder when compared with mouse in control group(P〈0. 05),but there was no significant improvement in mouse treated with water extract in two different models. Conclusion Dry ginger powder,its ethanol extract and volatile oil showed obvious anti-motion sickness effects.
